We offer custom drilling of our fixtures to suit your board. This means you can purchase and assemble a fixture without needing access to drills, mills or other machine tools. Your fixture kit will be supplied with holes for test probes, locating probes and hold down posts pre-drilled in the exact locations you specify.

To use this service please visit our drilling page, where you will find information on how to prepare a list of your test point locations, upload it to our servers, have our Drillbot check it for problems, download checkplots for your review, and obtain a job number. Everything is automated and the process takes just a few minutes.

Once you are satisfied with your checkplots, enter the job number above and click "Add to Cart".

Fabrication is entirely automated. Your fixture is drilled by CNC machines controlled by programs generated by the same Drillbot that processed your uploaded file. We guarantee that the fixture you receive will match your checkplots.

Custom drilling must be ordered together with the product to be drilled. This will typically be an MF300, MF500 or MF700 fixture kit. You can also order custom drilling together with a spare probe plate and pressure plate (remember to order both) to re-use or upgrade an existing fixture.
