Optional base plate for use with all Merifix fixtures.

Base plates give a more "finished" appearance and provide protection of the wiring under the probe plate from handling. Base plates give the fixture more rigidity, useful with a very large number of test probes. Base plates can also provide an extra surface to mount electronics within the fixture, useful if the underside of the probe plate does not provide enough room.

Manufactured from precision-cut acrylic, supplied complete with mounting brackets and screws. No need for drilling, all Merifix fixtures already have the necessary mounting holes in front and rear panels to accept base plates.

The 6x7 size is suitable for the MF300 fixture. The 6x9 size is for the MF500 fixture. The 12x9 size is suitable for the MF700 fixture. The plate includes an origin hole and other helpful markings.

Base plates are entirely optional items. Fixture kits do not include base plates.
